If you are in Melbourne at the moment there is a little treasure hunt on at the moment involving cool shops and local artists. If you grab a map you can hunt down these ‘hidden gems and rough diamonds’ in the CBD, fitzroy and north melbourne.
I was approached by my childhood dream store Bernards Magic Shop to do an installation in their stairwell. The huge posters pictured tell the fictional tale of Bernard, his life and his magic shop.
Those close to me will know this was my go-to shop to buy fake dog turds and fake bloodied nail-in-the-finger pranks.
Go forth and check out the posters, and while you are in there purchase a fake dog poo and think of me.
